Hopewell Windmill

Hopewell Windmill is an 18-hole miniature golf course and an ice cream window at 2142 Brodhead Road in Aliquippa. It has been there since 1962. In the fall the same holes get a Halloween set and, after dark, glow-in-the-dark balls. The course is for all ages. Before 6 it is the silly version. After 6 the decorations and the dark do more of the work.

Adults are about $13 once it is night, and less than that before 6. A child is a dollar or two under the adult price. The haunted season is most days from the middle of September into November. They did not publish a list of those days, so the calendar is empty. The ordinary course hours, for a day that is not a special close, have been Monday through Friday from the afternoon and Saturday and Sunday from late morning.
