Crawford School of Terror

Crawford School of Terror uses the Crawford School at 125 North 7th Street in Connellsville. The building is a school from 1916. The haunt is three floors of sets and live actors inside it. The ticket booth opens at 7 p.m. and closes at 11. Cash and cards are taken at the door, and tickets are also sold online.

The story they tell in the building is their own script. In that script a teacher named Miss McGill disappears in 1947, a sixth-grader named Margaret is blamed by the way the notes are written, and a second teacher is later found hanged in his classroom. That is the lore on their site. It is the show. The reason to go is the school building and the three floors.

Opening night is Friday, September 25. After that it is every Friday and Saturday through Saturday, November 7. A VIP upgrade is $20 and covers the front of the line, an indoor waiting room, a snack, a mocktail, and another walk through the same night. A few of those Saturdays, and the last Friday and Saturday, are billed as special nights: October 17, October 24, October 31, November 6, and November 7.
