Gearhard Farms

Gearhard Farms is at 5909 Saltsburg Road in Murrysville. The corn maze is the reason to go. They cut a new design from the air every year, and they do not publish the photograph until the season is over, so the paths are still a surprise when you are in them. The maze is $10. A hayride is $7. Under 4 is free. There are pumpkins too.

The posted hours run through November 1: Friday 5 to 9, Saturday noon to 9, Sunday noon to 7. The day they open was not in that note, so the calendar starts with October. If September weekends are already on, they will be on the farm’s own site and they are not marked here.
