		<description>My AMD hp tablet got hot enough to cause 2nd degree burns with sustained touch. Best Buy replaced a lot of parts and... somewhat.. alleviated the problem, but it still runs significantly hotter than it should.</description>

		<description>Personally, I try to dust out the heat sink first.  There&#039;s quite often an insulating layer of dust, and if blown out it usually gets better.  I&#039;ve seen it happen to laptops and desktops, too.</description>
